Palette Resorts unveils its inaugural residential edifice in the Tourist Club Area of Abu Dhabi, as part of its initiative to augment the city’s housing stock by 1000 units in 2024. The complex encompasses not only residential units but also office and commercial spaces, rendering Palette Towers a prominent focal point in the locale.

Expanding its footprint in Abu Dhabi, OYO is directing its attention towards burgeoning business and leisure hubs, such as Khalifa City, Al Zeina, Al Raha, Al Reem Island, Al Reef, and Al Mushrif, as well as popular tourist landmarks including Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, the Emirates Palace, Etihad Towers, Louvre, Ferrari World, Warner Bros World, Yas Waterworld, and Sea World.

Already boasting over 1000 apartments catering to expatriates under its OYO Life and OYO Homes banners in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, OYO aims to meet the escalating demand for extended-stay accommodations in the emirate.

In a statement released on May 7th, 2024, Palette Resorts unveiled a state-of-the-art luxury residential and retail complex in the Tourist Club area, also known as Al Zahiyah, featuring 100 meticulously designed one-bedroom units. With plans to add 1000 apartments in Abu Dhabi this year, Palette Resorts is poised to address the surging demand for expatriate accommodations.

Situated on the eastern periphery of Abu Dhabi, at the convergence of Corniche Road East and Al Falah Street, the new structure offers breathtaking vistas of the city and Salam Street, augmenting its allure. Notably, the ample parking provisions set it apart from other residential offerings in the vicinity.

Surrounded by landmarks such as the Corniche, a public park, Salam Street, and a bus stop facilitating access to the International Abu Dhabi Airport, the tower enjoys proximity to essential amenities including the Abu Dhabi Mall, supermarkets, the Mina Shopping Market, Corniche Hospital, Medeor Hospital, Abu Dhabi Grammar School, and Al Shomoo Private School.

Featuring contemporary kitchen designs, partially furnished kitchens, built-in closets/wardrobes, seating arrangements, dining furniture, and electronic appliances such as televisions, refrigerators, and washing machines, the apartments offer a host of modern amenities.

Palette, owned by global hospitality technology firm OYO, boasts a diverse portfolio spanning multiple countries, including the OYO Palette Resort in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, the Palette Reflection hotel in Dubai, the Palette Siniya Island Resorts in Umm Al Quaim, and the Palette The Grand Morrocc in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

With its eye on the burgeoning demand, OYO has already established over 1000 expatriate-friendly apartments in Abu Dhabi and Dubai under the OYO Life and OYO Homes banners. Abu Dhabi’s robust economy, buoyed by sectors such as oil and gas, tourism, and finance, has fueled the influx of expatriates and tourists, driving demand for quality housing options.
